The Social Contract Between Citizens and Government

This is another great, short video by the National Constitution Center.  This one touches on the idea behind a "social contract" between the governed and the governors.  Fundamental stuff for American governance, and the inspiration for our Fed51 set (itself, inspired by the Federalist Papers #51).
