What About the Power of American Presidents?

One of the timelier topics today - even as it might put some of us to sleep - is the issue of how much power does, and should, the American president have.  Timely, right?  It is a question rooted in political philosophy, the Constitution, and the ebb and flow of personalities and power in American political life.
